Q: Why do some messages have '***Spam***' in the subject line? (What if it is not spam?)
A: When the spam filter is not 100% sure if a message is spam it will add the '***Spam***' tag to the subject line. If the message is really spam, then move the message to your 'Spam'
folder (do not empty the Spam folder). If the message was not
really spam, copy it to the NotSpam folder, to train the filter that it is
clean mail.
