Q: Some spam is leaking through the filter. Can I do something about this?
A: Yes. All MLDS hosted email accounts have a folder labeled 'Spam'. Any spam that was missed by the filter (even those tagged with ***Spam***) should be moved to this folder.
Do NOT delete messages in this folder. They will be deleted every night and used to update the filter1.
1Any user found to be training the spam filter with non-spam messages as spam will be in violation of the MLDS user agreement.
