There was a major outage where a fiber optic line was cut between Lansing and our ISP.  This caused service to be affected for a much longer period of time than is acceptable.  MLDS at this time is evaluating other options from our current ISP.  Current plans call for extra backup servers in Europe.  Any comments should be sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
